Take Action to Ensure Family Separation Never Happens Again

Submit your public comment today for the family reunification taskforce.

It’s been more than three years since the end of the Zero Tolerance policy. And you have a chance right now to make sure that this policy is never used again.

As the Biden Administration’s Interagency Taskforce on the Reunification of Families (“Taskforce”) works to reunify families torn apart by the last administration’s devastating Zero Tolerance policy, it is also working to prevent any future administration from ever repeating this tragic chapter in our nation’s history. Late last month, the Taskforce invited the public – including you – to submit comments on ways to minimize the separation of children from parents and legal guardians at the U.S. border.

We urge you to add your voice to the chorus of Americans calling on leaders to put policies and protections in place that keep families together.

Engagement by the public was critical to halting the Zero Tolerance policy.
